Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.
Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the Service to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Service may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotion by the Company. If you do not want us to use your email address or phone number to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by sending us your request via unsubscribe@inda.band.
Targeted Advertising by the Company. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by sending us your request via our webform unsubscribe@inda.band.
We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, certain information about the personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing via california-resident@inda.band.
California residents may request and obtain from us, once a year, free of charge, a list of third parties, if any, to which we disclosed their PII for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year and the categories of PII shared with those third parties. If you are a California resident and wish to obtain that information, please submit your request via our webform california-resident@inda.band with “California Privacy Rights” in the subject line. Additionally, the CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights:
The right to notice. You have the right to be notified which categories of PII are being collected and the purposes for which the PII is being used.
The right to request. Under CCPA, you have the right to request that we disclose information to you about our collection, use, sale, disclosure for business purposes and share of personal information.
The right to say no to the sale of PII (opt-out). You have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
The right to delete PII. You have the right to request the deletion of your PII, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
The right not to be discriminated against. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your consumer's rights, including by:

Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties
Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to you
Suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services
Exercising Your CCPA Data Protection Rights
In order to exercise any of Your rights under the CCPA, and if you are a California resident, you can contact us via california-resident@inda.band.
Only you may make a verifiable request related to your personal information.
Your request to us must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the required information if we cannot:
Verify your identity or authority to make the request
And confirm that the personal information relates to you
We will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request's receipt.
European Privacy Rights
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to exercise certain privacy rights available to you under applicable laws. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes or to complete transactions that you began prior to requesting any deletion.
Right not to provide consent or to withdraw consent. We may seek to rely on your consent in order to process certain personal data. Where we do so, you have the right not to provide your consent or to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Data traffic on via our mobile application will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Service like. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Service.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Service. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated and notify you by email to the email address specified as your primary email in your account.
