Okay, we're trying to get the volume level on this correct
Okay, let's see here. Let's see if this will work see how that sounds check my check
Testing went to sound check testing went to my second sound test
I'm using my Rode video mic me studio condenser microphone about that big plugs right into the phone
The first test you see me run
Yes was me using my studio condenser microphone here hooked up normally
via XLR cable to my desktop interface yet sending that signal into my phone
how was I doing that yesterday I made a video saying I was gonna make this work
I've tried the test before it has worked yesterday I worked on it couldn't get it
working today I figured what I was doing right the first time and what I was
doing wrong yesterday with this and I got it right again today with the take
two on that commercial right okay yeah iRig 2 yes student condenser
microphone via XLR to the desktop interface I got the TASCAM US 4x4 all
right run out then into this iRig 2 into my phone capturing audio from that
microphone right there how to do that with this all right so this and the
dongle plugs into the phone as normal there's a guitar input here and a
headphone output there so when you're playing a guitar plug your guitar into
it plug this in your phone use an app like audio evolution or garage band or
something and you can record your audio all right well no for this particular
thing you got to run out from your interface on your desktop on the
headphones out okay so this would be headphones out over on my interface is a
quarter inch all right quarter inch jack input/output right but what we do is an
adapter all right to the 3.5 millimeter now that cable I got a long one and it
runs out into guess what not sending a signal through the guitar part believe
it or not through the headphones out we know that headphones and audio out yet
this headphones right receives audio in as well so you plug it into your audio
headphone input or use or your headphone input output output input whatever you
want to call it and not only does this headphone out send signal out obviously
it receives signal in so here we're gonna have this I have a long long cable
okay to be able to reach from interface to my phone right here on my ring light
all right so we got this we're gonna plug this into the interface and the
headphones out and then this end into the headphones part right there in your
phone and that's how you can get audio from your studio condenser microphone
hooked up XLR to your desktop interface sent from there through the iRig to your
phone for your music for your vocals for whatever you're going to use that
microphone for all right play a guitar in front of it whatever you're gonna do
anyway also now I'm using the like I said the road video mic me here in this
okay and I'm going to show both here in a moment on the very next video give you
price of what they cost all right this is not a sponsored video neither by i-rig 2 we know they
make a lot of products right but keep it simple that's what i believe in that's my philosophy
and uh road really good names in the industry all right so i'll be right back with the third video
gonna be a short run too all right lord jesus bless on your now around your good ships y'all
so bye bye catch you on the next video top cat jimmy signing off for now until the next video
cheers okay third video and third sound test if you will this is the open mic on the phone
that's it okay so there is the rode video mic me studio condenser microphone by the way
all right and the headphones out all right plug that into your phone about fifty dollars
the iRig 2 same thing about $50 don't buy them for me I don't sell them all
right they go online you can purchase them at your what nearest music store
order them online or what have you just want to make this video and actually
show both together all right that's it and anyway Top Cat Jimmy signing off
Lord Jesus bless you say you're not running good ships you I'll say bye bye
bada boom bada bing. Let's get you guys over there. Take two. Catch each other on the flip side.
You know what I'm saying? Cheers, man.
