Well, we got news that Induband is sadly coming to an end. It's been a good last four years.

I wanted to take the opportunity just to share a few words.

You know, we're all at a place in this world, I believe, that we're seeing a lot of pain,

A lot of pain, a lot of suffering, a lot of death, a lot of despair.

And I think for many people, we wish that we could change the world for the better.

Realize that coming together to play music and to collaborate and share our giftings

that I believe God ultimately gives us is one way to just have a little lift up in our

hearts and our souls.

But ultimately I'm convinced that the hope for this world is found in Jesus.

We read in the scripture about a man who willingly gave his life, was killed.

We see in the Gospels that Jesus did nothing wrong.

He didn't deserve to be crucified, he didn't deserve to be spit upon, he didn't deserve

the crown of thorns to be mocked the way that he did.

Why did he do that?

Why did he give his life?

He died somewhere around 33 years old.

There are those that live their lives primarily for themselves.

Many just try to get as many followers, as many people's eyes on them.

But Jesus, he was pointing people to the Father, he was pointing people to a restoration of

relationship, and it comes through ultimately believing in what he did.

The Gospel of John, one of the most iconic verses in all of the New Testament, John 3:16

says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever would

believe in him would not perish, but have everlasting life."

So there is a real death coming, everyone is going to die, and after we die comes that

accounting, that day of judgment, when all the things that we've done in our life, all

the things that we've said, not about you, but there are some regrets.

I have regrets, and it's not the good things that I've done that I regret, it's the sin,

It's the selfishness, it's the treating people wrongly.

So you have to get to that point where you realize just the depths of your depravity

and sin, that you can't save yourself, there's not enough good things that you can do to

take away the guilt and the shame and ultimately the payment that has to be paid for your sin.

That's why Jesus came.

That's why Jesus bled and suffered and died, and so that's the message that I hope to share

with people until the day that I die.

This is my career here, the saxophone that I was shooting for, then the Lord changed

me from the inside and gave me different desires, freed me from the power of my sin, and I don't

carry that shame and that regret.

I'm a free man today because of what Jesus did, and so He's alive.

He rose from the grave, and He calls everyone to repent, to turn from your sin, and trust

Him.

Trust Him with your life.

Read that Bible, friends, every day, pray, take your family to church, and watch what

God will do in your life.

God bless you.

It's been a great four years.
